“The key to KYOTO is no key in the auto” may sound like a great slogan, but unfortunately, is not good for those wanting to take keys out of the ignition of cars left idling and untended − as many WIMPs* will do during winter − for a couple of reasons:
Perhaps this slogan could be put to good use by various public transit services.
* WIMP: Acronym for ‘Want It Mild Please’
