  “The key to KYOTO is no key in the auto” may sound like a great slogan, but unfortunately, is not good for those wanting to take keys out of the ignition of cars left idling and untended − as many WIMPs^* will do during winter − for a couple of reasons:

• It would be illegal to enter someone else’s property to do this.
• Vehicles running under ‘Remote Start’ have no keys in the ignition.

Perhaps this slogan could be put to good use by various public transit services.
